How much does Djoid cost?

Djoid offers monthly and annual subscriptions:

- Annual Plan (€99/year): Refundable within 30 days.

- Monthly Plan (€29/month): Can be canceled anytime, but is non-refundable.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes! The monthly plan can be canceled anytime, and the annual plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We operate under German consumer protection law, which means you’re entitled to a refund if requested within 30 days of your purchase. This does not apply to monthly subscriptions. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time, there are no long-term commitments.

What’s next for Djoid?

We’re about to introduce two new curation tools designed to help DJs structure their sets into chapters for storytelling through music. Additionally, we’re working on:

- Subgenre recognition for more fine-grained tagging (electronic, Latin, Afro, Caribbean).

- Removing the 10,000 track limit.

- Expanding the Music Graph with more flexibility and features.

What integrations does Djoid support?

Djoid currently fully supports Rekordbox, Traktor, and Apple Music. You can export to Serato and Virtual DJ, with full integration for those coming soon.

Why is Djoid a subscription service?

Djoid evolves constantly, unlike traditional DJ software that ships updates every few years. We are developing fast, launching new features frequently, and ensuring DJoid never stagnates like some tools that haven’t innovated in a decade.

Why aren’t there many reviews or much content about Djoid yet?

We’ve been in stealth mode, focusing on product development and working closely with early adopters. Now that DJoid is ready for a wider audience, expect more testimonials, tutorials, and community content soon!

How many tracks can I add?

Right now, DJs can add up to 10,000 tracks, but this is temporary.

What does the AI in Djoid do?

- Tags music with rich metadata (energy, danceability, emotion, genre).

- Helps filter and search for relevant tracks, eliminating distractions.

- Assists in playlist curation, but you remain in control.

Djoid is created by a passionate team based in Berlin. Our team members have extensive experience in the music tech industry, having worked at companies like Native Instruments, and are also DJs, producers, and engineers themselves.

Does Djoid modify my music files?

No. Djoid analyzes metadata but does not modify or store your actual music files.

Is my music data secure?

Yes! We prioritize security with encryption and best practices to protect your data. We don't collect any creative data (we can't see your playlists!)

Does Djoid store my music files?

No, Djoid analyzes metadata on your device and does not store or modify your actual music files.
